We're pension advisors who actually listen

Founded in 2004 by former pension scheme managers who got tired of watching people receive bad advice.

How this started

Twenty years ago, our founder Sarah Mitchell was managing a large corporate pension scheme. Every week, she'd watch employees make decisions about their retirement based on incomplete information, aggressive sales tactics, or sheer confusion.

The industry was built to serve product providers, not the people whose futures depended on getting it right.

So she left. Built a practice that works differently. One where advice isn't tied to commissions, where complexity gets translated instead of weaponized, and where your retirement plan is designed around your life—not around what earns us the highest fee.

Team collaboration

What we believe

Independence matters

We don't sell products. We don't receive commissions from pension providers. We get paid by you, for advice that serves only your interests.

Clarity over complexity

Financial services love jargon because it creates dependency. We use plain language because informed clients make better decisions.

Your timeline, not ours

Some advisors push urgency to close deals. We recognize that good pension planning happens over years, not sales meetings.

Evidence-based strategies

We don't chase market trends or promise unrealistic returns. Our recommendations are grounded in decades of research and regulatory best practice.
